The site is an Industrial Plant Campus located in Kothrud, Pune nearly 60 acres which
has organically evolved over a period of about 75 years dotted with modernist buildings
Thus, the INTENT for the proposed Landscape Development of Cummins is about understanding CULTURE of the existing campus environment at the same time responding to the contemporary language of the upcoming Architecture. The onus on the landscape is to BIND the whole campus by bridging the GAP between the Old & New
